About the Role
We are hiring a Campus Recruitment Coordinator for a contractor position. In this role, you will work directly with our campus recruitment team to maintain operational excellence and support our hiring initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior professional to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate pipelines within our applicant tracking system to ensure smooth progress.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, which includes scheduling phone screens and distributing technical assessments.
- Oversee the execution of final round virtual interviews and campus recruiting events.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for your daily tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Location
This role is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
