The opportunity

As our Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will serve as the primary bridge between IMC and the top universities across India. This full-time, on-site role is essential to our early talent strategy. You will be the first impression for many students, helping them navigate their journey toward a career in trading and technology. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers, as well as our global teams in Sydney, Amsterdam, and Chicago, to ensure our recruitment efforts are seamless, professional, and impactful.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end logistics for campus recruitment, which includes coordinating virtual and on-site interviews, assessments, and various recruitment events.
• You will act as a brand ambassador by organizing and attending career fairs, tech talks, and workshops, while building strong relationships with university faculty and student societies.
• You will maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System, handle the distribution of offer letters, and ensure that every candidate receives timely and clear communication throughout their application process.

Who you are

You are a proactive professional with a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience, ideally within the realm of campus or early careers recruitment. You possess a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Because you will be representing our brand, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with sensitive information, maintains a high level of professionalism, and is willing to travel and work flexible hours during our peak campus seasons.
