The opportunity
We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis through November 2024. This is a fantastic entry point for someone looking to launch a career in recruitment while gaining hands-on experience within a high-performing, tech-driven environment. You will play a vital role in our campus strategy, ensuring that every candidate has a seamless experience while helping our team maintain the operational excellence we are known for.
A day in the life
- You will oversee candidate pipelines within our applicant tracking system and handle the full cycle of coordination, including setting up phone screens and distributing technical assessments.
- You will take the lead in supervising our final round virtual interviews to ensure everything runs smoothly for both our hiring managers and our candidates.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of our campus recruiting events and provide essential support for various ad hoc team projects.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced settings where quick thinking is a daily requirement. You possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a solid background in customer service or administrative support. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and have the strong communication skills needed to interact effectively with a wide range of people. Most importantly, you are currently located in or ready to relocate to Chicago, Illinois, as this is an on-site role that requires your presence in our office.
