Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive support to our fast-paced recruiting department throughout the full-cycle hiring process.
- Coordinate and execute recruiting programs, including career fairs, office tours, speaking engagements, and internship initiatives.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and necessary travel arrangements.
- Participate in both virtual and in-person recruiting events to represent the firm.
- Review resumes and academic transcripts to ensure candidates align with our hiring criteria.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data within our applicant tracking system to ensure reporting integrity.
- Collaborate with our growth and recruiting teams on various employer branding projects.
- Partner with human resources and training departments to finalize new hire documentation and maintain organized recruiting files.
- Process invoices and facilitate administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of experience working in a professional business setting.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting multiple deadlines.
- A creative mindset and the ability to approach tasks with an innovative perspective.
- Availability to travel to various HCVT offices, college campuses, and recruiting events, particularly throughout Southern California.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak recruiting cycles, including attendance at evening events.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, in addition to overtime pay. We offer a hybrid work model that balances remote convenience with in-office collaboration, along with paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
