What you bring
As a Junior Campus Recruiter working in a full-time, on-site capacity across the United States, you will act as a primary brand ambassador. Your work will be essential in connecting our unique culture with talented students and team members. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final onboarding, while ensuring every candidate has a fantastic experience. Your core responsibilities include:
- Executing creative recruiting strategies to fill Student Café Executive Officer and hourly team member roles within your assigned regions.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with university career centers and key influencers to secure a consistent talent pipeline.
- Managing candidate data and job postings with precision using Microsoft Excel and our applicant tracking systems.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who embodies our mission to Make Life Better and lives by our core values, such as caring personally and embracing an O.D.D. mindset of being outgoing, detail-oriented, and disciplined. You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in campus recruiting or marketing, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiar with recruiting platforms and Boolean search techniques. Because this role involves significant travel, often up to 80 percent during peak seasons, you must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working flexible hours, including some nights and weekends. Physical stamina is also important, as you will need to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
