What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter to join our Investment Recruiting team on a full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating the next generation of investment talent, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of the industry. This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing a deep understanding of hiring needs to translate them into high-quality success markers.
• Partnering with senior investors to create and execute differentiated sourcing strategies.
• Researching, identifying, and directly sourcing top university talent while maintaining robust pipelines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious and energized by the challenge of designing creative ways to attract top-tier talent. You should possess a strong background in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and analyze data to drive hiring decisions. We require a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least three years of experience in recruiting. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of comfort working in a fast-paced environment where evidence-based decision-making is the standard. A passion for the financial markets and an interest in non-traditional sourcing methods will set you apart.

What we offer
