Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that requires significant travel to hospitals, conferences, and university campuses. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and hiring top-tier veterinary students for our training and externship programs.

Your impact

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our New ER Doctor Training program, from initial interviews to final offer management.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive campus strategy, including building relationships with student clubs and managing logistics for regional events.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the broader recruitment team to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational skill. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, human resources, or career development.
• Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to deliver engaging presentations to large groups.
• Proficiency with CRM or ATS platforms and social media tools like Facebook and Instagram.
• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally for 40 to 60 percent of your time, especially during peak seasons.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
