About the Role

We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our team in a full-time capacity. This mid-level position focuses on driving our technology graduate and intern talent acquisition strategy. You will act as a key ambassador for our firm, connecting with top-tier students and ensuring our recruitment processes align with our core values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology interns and graduates, overseeing everything from initial outreach to the final offer stage to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary face of the IMC brand at universities, which includes hosting in-house days, delivering company presentations, and managing interview events.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with targeted student societies and university representatives while collaborating with our global recruitment teams in Chicago and Amsterdam to share best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally within a dynamic environment such as a startup, financial services firm, or technology company.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with the energy and motivation to engage with diverse groups of students.
• A high degree of resilience and flexibility, including the ability to travel and work extra hours during peak recruitment seasons.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and pivot priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A curious mindset and a proven track record of working with organizations that maintain a high bar for talent.

Location

This position is based in Australia and requires an on-site presence.
