We are currently looking for a Campus Manager to join our Human Resources recruitment team in France. This internship is an ideal opportunity for a student eager to develop expertise in school relations, talent acquisition, and employer branding within a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious environment.
Key outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including managing two major hiring campaigns per year.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as drafting internship agreements and apprenticeship contracts to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new arrivals.
- Manage our job postings on platforms like Lever, Welcome to the Jungle, and JobTeaser.
- Cultivate and animate a pipeline of young talent to support our future organizational growth.
- Coordinate and represent PlayPlay at school forums and recruitment events, while guiding operational managers through these engagements.
- Manage a network of internal Campus Ambassadors and act as a community lead to promote our culture both internally and on social media.
- Collaborate across departments, including communications and HR, to ensure consistent messaging and maintain accurate reporting.
Requirements
- You are currently a student in a gap year, or in your fourth or final year of studies.
- You have gained initial professional experience, ideally within talent acquisition, campus management, HR, or office management.
- You possess a strong command of both French and English, with a proficiency level between B2 and C2.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication, both written and oral.
- You are highly organized and structured, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- You are a creative thinker who enjoys bringing a fresh perspective to existing processes.
- You are curious about the startup ecosystem and the world of video technology.
Compensation
We offer a hybrid work model, allowing for up to two days of remote work per week and four weeks of full-remote work per year from any location with a time zone difference of three hours or less.
