The role
We are looking for a Campaign Success Manager to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a fully remote position that requires occasional travel. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and building lasting relationships with law firms across the country. Your primary goal is to ensure the quality of our marketing efforts and drive campaign renewals through proactive problem-solving and strategic communication.
Core responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns while identifying actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Collaborate across our marketing, sales, and operations departments to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure all client objectives are met.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in marketing and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in campaign management or marketing, with preference given to those who have worked in the legal industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, specifically regarding reporting and data analysis.
- A deep understanding of digital media, advertising strategies, and effective time management.
- Exceptional communication skills, which are essential for engaging with our partners and building strong, long-term relationships.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 USD. As a full-time member of our team, you will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
