The role

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Producer to join our Digital Sports Collectibles team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will serve as the heartbeat of our production efforts, ensuring that our fast-paced environment remains organized and that our high-impact projects reach our global audience seamlessly.

Core responsibilities

• Drive project execution by keeping cross-functional teams aligned, managing deadlines, and ensuring that every team member remains focused on our most critical objectives.
• Leverage data-driven insights to track key performance indicators, analyze user trends, and provide strategic recommendations that directly influence our growth.
• Lead LiveOps initiatives by coordinating with design, development, and marketing teams to launch engaging seasonal events, promotions, and content updates that keep our community energized.

Skills and experience

• Extensive background in LiveOps, production, or project management, ideally within the gaming or mobile sectors.
• A crypto-native mindset with a deep understanding of Web3, NFTs, and how blockchain technology integrates with gaming ecosystems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn raw data into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and mitigate roadblocks before they impact the team.
• Professional proficiency in English.
