We pride ourselves on our energetic, entrepreneurial culture and are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join us as a Campaign Performance and QA Analyst.
Key outcomes
- Provide comprehensive quality assurance support for our key domains, including FinanceBuzz and All About Cookies.
- Manage the end to end process of building, configuring, and testing tracking URLs to maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
- Perform regular reconciliations between our internal tracking systems and external client platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve any offer discrepancies or technical malfunctions that may arise.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify process gaps and implement improvements based on platform documentation and internal product setups.
- Monitor critical performance metrics such as revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks to ensure consistent reporting.
- Analyze ad hoc performance reports to drive efficiency in revenue delivery and product development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all quality assurance processes and ensure new workflows meet our established standards.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in operations or quality assurance, specifically within the digital media advertising sector.
- Strong technical understanding of performance marketing tracking methods, including Postback URLs.
- Proficiency with tracking tools such as Tune or Yieldspark, project management software like Asana, and business intelligence platforms like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and a proactive mindset that focuses on taking ownership of outcomes.
- Fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a full time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within the Eastern Standard Time zone between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- High level of reliability, organizational capability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
Compensation
The base salary for this position is 1,500 USD to 2,500 USD per month. In addition to the salary, this role offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
