What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Campaign Manager to join us on a 12-month contract based in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing, telecommunications, and lifecycle management to drive growth and customer retention. You will be instrumental in using data to shape our strategy and ensure our broadband services reach those who need them most.

• You will manage campaign performance across email, digital, and outbound channels to maximize ROI and engagement.
• You will translate market insights and testing data into actionable recommendations that improve personalization and conversion.
• You will lead end-to-end campaign execution within our CRM and automation tools, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and speed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a strong background in lifecycle marketing and campaign management. You should have proven experience in using CRM tools to influence customer behavior, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments like Sales, Commercial, and Customer Operations. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be a proactive communicator who thrives on turning complex data into clear, successful strategies.

What we offer
