Who we're looking for
- You will need a proactive nature, a strong work ethic and good literacy skills
- While full training will be provided, some experience in dealing with people is desirable
- A professional telephone manner
- Flexibility to work a variety of planned shift patterns
About the role
- Answering calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- Checking availability in the chosen restaurant
- Accurately booking tables, meeting customer and restaurant requirements
- Proposing solutions where chosen requirements are not available
- Sending email booking confirmations
- There are no outbound sales calls and minimal handling of customer complaints
Working hours
- Our offices are open between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week
- Full time, working a 40 hour week on a rota basis between these times
- Rotas are published well in advance so you can plan your free time
- You will need to be available to work some mornings, evenings and weekends
