Our team of more than 60 professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our restaurant partners maintain full capacity. We are currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Call Handler on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key outcomes
- Manage incoming calls with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Verify table availability for restaurants to ensure accurate bookings.
- Record reservation details precisely while meeting specific customer and venue needs.
- Suggest suitable alternatives if a requested time or table is unavailable.
- Provide confirmation of bookings via email.
- Operate within a role that involves no cold calling and very little complaint management.
Requirements
- A proactive mindset combined with a strong work ethic.
- Solid literacy skills and a professional telephone manner.
- The flexibility to work a 40-hour week across various shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- While we provide full training, previous experience working with the public is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is 21000 GBP. In addition to this, we offer paid time off and comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for your responsibilities.
