What you'll be doing

• Conduct outbound sales calls with pre-qualified leads who have already shown interest in our club, focusing on understanding their needs and presenting membership options that match their goals.
• Qualify prospects during conversations, answer questions about our training concept, and secure appointments or direct sign-ups that move interested individuals toward membership.
• Document all calls accurately in our CRM system and collaborate closely with the sales, front desk, and club management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent follow-up.

What you'll bring
