At Greenpoint Technologies, we specialize in crafting bespoke, nose-to-tail VIP aircraft interiors for private clients and Heads-of-State. Our mission is to push the boundaries of aerospace engineering through innovation and precision, delivering extraordinary, one-of-a-kind custom interiors. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us maintain the high standards of design and technical excellence that define our reputation in the industry.
The role
We are seeking a Senior CAD/PLM Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our IT department and our engineering teams. You will be responsible for the technical health of our design systems, ensuring that our engineers have the tools and support they need to continue creating world-class aircraft interiors.
Core responsibilities
- Implement, upgrade, and maintain our Engineering Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the Product Owner for PLM and CAD development, participating in Scrum meetings and collaborating with the development manager to drive functionality and user training.
- Provide expert helpdesk support and troubleshooting for engineering software, hardware, and client-server systems to maximize team productivity.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for engineering excellence. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor, with a solid understanding of mechanical assemblies and manufacturing design techniques.
- Strong technical skills in SQL Server administration, VBA, and VB.NET for system customization and API development.
- Experience with Autodesk Vault is highly preferred, as is a background in aviation or aircraft interiors.
- Because our work involves programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations, you must qualify as a US Person.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a high-accountability environment where your contributions have a direct, visible impact on our final products. Our culture is designed for high achievers who value transparent communication, engaged leadership, and the opportunity to take on challenging, complex assignments. We provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals and foster a collaborative atmosphere where creativity and hard work are rewarded.
How to apply
If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for aerospace technology and a desire to contribute to complex, high-stakes engineering projects, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to be considered for this position and join us in shaping the future of VIP aircraft interiors.
