What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior CAD Modeler to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. This is a vital role for someone with at least five years of experience who wants to take ownership of our 3D fabrication models. You will be the bridge between our design concepts and the actual construction of our homes, ensuring that our digital models are accurate, efficient, and ready for the real world.

What will you do?

• You will maintain the integrity of our 3D fabrication models, specifically working within Onshape to ensure every detail is precise.
• You will act as a key collaborator between our architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and site assembly teams to ensure our models align perfectly with permit documents and field requirements.
• You will manage the lifecycle of our model releases, including version control, bill of materials outputs, and the digital component library to support our procurement processes.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and design. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Deep expertise in CAD systems such as Onshape, Solidworks, or Catia.
• Experience with BIM systems and Revit is considered a significant plus.
• A solid understanding of residential or commercial construction, including the ability to read complex plan sets.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within modular construction.
• Strong communication skills in English to work effectively across our multidisciplinary teams.
