What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level C++ Software Developer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, focusing on the architecture and reliability of our trading infrastructure. You will work on-site in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly influence our market performance.

• Take a lead role in designing, implementing, and deploying our core trading platform using C++ 17.
• Apply your technical expertise in areas like parallel programming, networking, and performance analysis to optimize our systems.
• Collaborate closely with our trading, quantitative, and development teams to solve complex challenges and deliver new features requested by our trading desks.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience developing high-performance, scalable applications in C++. We value candidates who possess a strong grasp of object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming paradigms. You must be comfortable working within a Linux environment and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Because we operate as a highly integrated team, you should be a strong communicator who thrives on collaboration. While not required, having familiarity with options trading and existing trading systems is considered a significant advantage.
