We are looking for a talented engineer to join our Chicago-based team and help us push the boundaries of what our trading platforms can achieve.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level C++ Software Developer to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. You will be an integral part of our development team, focusing on the core systems that drive our trading operations.
Your impact
- Take a lead role in designing, building, and deploying our core trading platform using C++ 17.
- Apply your expertise in areas like parallel programming, networking, and performance analysis to keep our systems running at peak efficiency.
- Collaborate daily with our trading desks, quantitative researchers, and fellow developers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver new features.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of experience developing performant, scalable applications in C++.
- A strong working knowledge of Linux environments.
- Deep familiarity with multi-threaded and multi-core programming paradigms.
- Solid experience with object-oriented design and programming.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience with options trading or complex trading systems.
- Fluency in English.
