The opportunity

We are looking for a C++ Quant Developer to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is perfect for someone who loves to peek under the hood of hardware and software alike. You will play a vital role in evolving our trading platform and data infrastructure, working directly with our CTO to build systems that operate at the cutting edge of the industry. Because we avoid legacy systems and unnecessary red tape, you will have the independence to make a tangible impact on our trading operations from day one.

A day in the life

• Develop and maintain robust data infrastructure to support the scaling of our quantitative trading strategies.
• Design and implement new trading system components or build entirely new applications from the ground up.
• Optimize high-performance code and integrate pricing models to ensure our systems remain fast, reliable, and efficient.

Who you are

You are a technically curious individual with a strong grasp of C++ and a passion for building high-performance systems. You communicate fluently in English and bring a solid mathematical background to the table. Specifically, we look for the following:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with C++.
• A deep understanding of networking and the implementation of client-server applications.
• Experience investigating the inner workings of C++ standard libraries and a commitment to writing optimized, fail-safe code.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in the mechanics of algorithmic trading.
