What is this role?

We are seeking a C++ Quant Developer to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about both the low-level mechanics of computer hardware and the high-level architecture of complex systems. You will work directly with our CTO in a flat, non-hierarchical environment where you can make a tangible impact on our trading infrastructure from day one.

What will you do?

• Develop and enhance our core trading platform and data infrastructure to support the scaling of our quantitative trading operations.
• Design and implement new system components from the ground up, including the integration of sophisticated pricing models.
• Optimize existing software to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and the creation of robust, fail-safe code.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a deep curiosity about how systems function. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with C++.
• A solid understanding of networking and the ability to implement client-server applications.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to examine the internal workings of C++ standard libraries.
• A strong grasp of data structures and at least graduate-level mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
