About the Role
We are hiring a C# / .NET Software Engineer on a Full Time basis. In this position you will join the Video Engineering team and help expand our video analytics platform by building new features that improve monitoring, streaming, and automation for both homes and businesses. The work spans IoT, SaaS, web development, and backend services, giving you broad exposure to modern technologies in a collaborative, agile setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test new software features that strengthen our video monitoring and analytics capabilities.
- Analyze functional requirements and product specifications to guide development decisions and ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines while collaborating with Quality Assurance to validate updates before release.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field with strong academic performance.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles and a passion for building high-quality consumer technology products.
- Self-starter mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, rigorous attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort working as a collaborative member of a team-oriented environment.
Location
This role is based in Latvia and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a gross monthly salary between €3000 and €4000, depending on your skills and experience. In addition, you will enjoy a hybrid work setup that supports both collaboration in the office and flexibility from home.
