What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior C# Front Office Developer to join our team on a full-time basis in France. This is a hybrid role designed for an experienced professional who thrives in high-stakes environments. You will act as a key consultant for our clients, providing technical expertise that delivers a direct competitive advantage while growing your own skill set within our specialized Trading Systems entity.

What will you do?

• Develop robust, high-performance applications for pricing and risk management to support market-making activities.
• Collaborate directly with traders and other stakeholders in investment banking environments to solve complex, time-sensitive technical problems.
• Contribute to the broader Margo community by participating in internal initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or sharing your expertise as a speaker or project leader.

• You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent from an engineering school or university.
• You have significant experience working with object-oriented languages, specifically C#.
• You are proficient in or familiar with other technologies such as Java, Python, C++, Angular, or React.
• You are a curious, motivated developer who stays current with the latest market technologies and enjoys deep-diving into complex code.
• You are fluent in French.
