What you'll be doing

• You will design and build high-performance codebases specifically tailored for our low-latency crypto trading platforms.
• You will focus on optimizing the software that communicates with various exchange interfaces to ensure efficient data flow and order execution.
• You will collaborate closely with our trading team to enhance our platform, assist with deployments, and troubleshoot issues while automating our workflows.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience working with modern C++. We are looking for someone who understands how to write efficient code and is comfortable navigating the complexities of Linux-based systems. Your background should include the following skills and qualifications:

• Expertise in performance fundamentals, including memory management, concurrency, cache behavior, and zero-copy batching.
• Proficiency with Linux performance tools, debuggers, and profilers such as Flame Graphs.
• A strong understanding of network protocols like TCP, UDP, WebSockets, and FIX, along with experience in async I/O patterns.
• A disciplined approach to software development using Git for version control and testing.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive, flexible mindset when working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points if you have experience with cloud infrastructure, Ansible, or Grafana.
• Fluency in English is required for this position.
