What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This position is perfect for an experienced professional who is eager to contribute to all aspects of our high-frequency trading infrastructure while working alongside a seasoned team of experts.

What will you do?

• Build, test, and roll out new features and tools for our trading systems to meet evolving business requirements.
• Keep a close eye on low-latency performance, ensuring that market data and research resources are managed effectively while quickly addressing and deploying bug fixes.
• Collaborate directly with our traders and fellow developers to optimize performance, vet new ideas, refactor code, and stay current with updates to our operating systems, libraries, and internal frameworks.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid grasp of C++ and a deep understanding of data structures. We value candidates who are comfortable working within Linux environments and have experience with version control tools like git. Proficiency with third-party libraries such as STL and Boost is essential. Beyond your technical abilities, you should possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and during verbal discussions. A strong academic background is also highly preferred.
