We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Our company, RFQ-hub Holdings LLC, was formed in 2022 through a partnership between Virtu Financial and a consortium of industry leaders, including Citadel Securities, Flow Traders, Jane Street Capital, BlackRock, and MarketAxess. We operate a specialized platform that connects asset managers with liquidity providers to streamline workflows and improve pricing for derivatives, structured products, and ETFs. As we continue to expand our market-leading platform, we are seeking a motivated developer to help us build and maintain the systems that power the global financial marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain our equity derivative request-for-quote platform to ensure seamless performance.
- Design and build our proprietary, low-latency negotiation protocols and supporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, test, and optimize trading strategies while improving the overall scalability and efficiency of our production systems.
Requirements
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in server-side development, with a strong focus on C# and Linux environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex, distributed software solutions.
- Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries for SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience with Test Driven Development and implementing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest.
- A collaborative mindset, as you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across both Virtu and MarketAxess.
- While not required, familiarity with React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is considered a plus.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $185,000 to $225,000. In addition to base compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, which includes:
