Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United Kingdom, where you will work directly on our trading floor to build the next generation of our options market-making infrastructure.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle for our market-making systems by collaborating closely with traders, data analysts, and FPGA specialists.
• Engineer high-performance, low-latency exchange connectivity components to help us expand into new global markets.
• Design and implement automated pricing systems and order execution algorithms that directly influence the firm's trading revenue and success.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a highly skilled programmer with a passion for finance and a talent for solving complex problems. We expect the following qualifications:

• Expertise in modern C++ (11 through 23 standards) and template programming.
• A deep understanding of ultra-low latency design and performance tuning.
• Strong numerical skills paired with an efficient, diligent, and detail-oriented approach to development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• While not required, experience with Python, C#, JavaScript, network protocols like TCP/UDP, or knowledge of financial derivatives and exchange platforms will certainly help you stand out.
