We build and run proprietary execution and pricing systems that improve how financial markets operate every day.

The role

We are hiring a Senior C# Developer to join the Interactive Trading team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will work alongside traders and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain the front-office trading systems that power our options market-making desk.

Core responsibilities

Partner directly with front-office users to capture requirements and translate them into reliable, high-performance software.
Design and develop mission-critical back-end services and web front-ends, emphasising performance, maintainability, testability, and resilience.
Write clean, well-tested code, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers and infrastructure teams to deliver and operate robust systems.

Skills and experience

You bring expert-level C# skills and a solid grasp of testing practices on the .NET platform, currently running .NET 8 and moving to .NET 9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is essential. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly round out the profile. English fluency is required.
