About the Role
We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to join the Core Tech team on a Full Time basis. Core Tech designs, builds and operates the middleware, backend services and supporting libraries that underpin every part of our trading platform, and occasionally delivers full-stack web solutions as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust solutions that underpin critical business functions, placing emphasis on testability, maintainability, performance and resilience.
- Produce high-quality code and automated tests while collaborating closely with stakeholders, site-reliability engineers and infrastructure teams.
- Document and communicate architectural decisions clearly so the wider organisation can understand and rely on the systems you create.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience building production systems in C# with a rigorous approach to automated testing.
- Practical knowledge of .NET Core, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and containerisation technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical thinking and system-design skills, enabling you to break down complex problems and deliver maintainable solutions.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Location
This position is based on-site in the United Kingdom.
