Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior C++ Analyst Programmer and Team Leader to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our international group of experts.

Your impact

• Lead the development of a Linux-based industrial cybersecurity product designed to defend networks against sophisticated attacks.
• Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about five people, balancing technical leadership with project oversight.
• Drive quality assurance by implementing unit tests and integrating automated testing for all core modules.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of total work experience. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
• More than 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, including architecture development and task prioritization.
• Strong background in Linux software development within the embedded space.
• A foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, paired with a proactive, resilient, and critical mindset.
• The ability to foster team motivation and handle complex conflict resolution with an open mind.
