At eyeo, we are dedicated to making the internet a more sustainable and user-centric space. Our ad-filtering technology, which powers tools like Adblock Plus and AdBlock, supports 350 million monthly active users by balancing the needs of content creators, publishers, and consumers. We are a global team of over 300 people working across more than 30 countries, and we are looking for a Buyside Lead to help us build an entirely new business unit from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our new business unit.
- Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market demands.
- Translate market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis into actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
- Monitor key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize the product experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including AdTech platforms and privacy regulations.
- Partner with our Product Operations team to refine internal processes and improve team efficiency.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding product decisions across the entire organization.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in product management with a proven history of launching and scaling products.
- Extensive knowledge of the online advertising industry, specifically within programmatic advertising.
- A deep understanding of the technical side of the web and the specific needs of advertisers and publishers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders and mentor other product managers.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience with mobile app monetization.

- Existing buy-side professional networks within the US and Europe.
