What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Buyside Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. You will be a key player in our product development process, working with a collaborative team to define and deliver solutions that directly improve the experience of our customers. We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience, including a minimum of three years specifically in business analysis, who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Define and document current-state workflows and business processes, identifying operational bottlenecks and translating complex requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive product vision by collaborating with product management to ensure alignment with our overall strategy, staying ahead of market trends, and acting as a domain expert for your specific area.
• Manage the product backlog and facilitate the development process by prioritizing requirements, coordinating sprint planning, and ensuring high-quality product delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in business process analysis and a track record of leading the development of innovative products. We value candidates who have a technical degree and a deep understanding of how to deliver value in an Agile environment, particularly using Scrum. You should be an excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and customer needs. While not required, experience in fintech SaaS, especially regarding capital markets or loan products, will set you apart.
