What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Business Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contractor basis. This is an on-site role based in the United Kingdom. You will play a vital part in our growth by helping us build out our essential business functions, including finance, legal, marketing, and operations. You will work closely with our hiring managers to attract and secure the best talent for our expanding team.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute creative, innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for our business teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through recruitment best practices to ensure we maintain a high bar for talent.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from conducting thorough interviews to navigating complex offer negotiations with finesse.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker and an expert at sourcing and interviewing. You must be comfortable with negotiation and capable of representing our brand to potential hires with professionalism and enthusiasm. Fluency in English is required for this position. It is a bonus if you have previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment, familiarity with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, or specific experience hiring for go-to-market teams.
