Business Systems Manager at DN Tanks

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional long-term value and an unrivaled experience for our clients. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Manager to join our team in the United States. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the business applications that drive our operations and support our strategic objectives.

Key outcomes

• Direct the planning and design of business applications, specifically focusing on the needs of the engineering and construction sectors.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of business system analysts to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and functional leaders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage the integration of various platforms, including ERP, CRM, and project management software.
• Partner with our Operational Excellence team to identify and implement technologies that improve organizational scalability.
• Oversee the lifecycle of our applications, ensuring they remain compliant, secure, and high-performing.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy to improve governance and support data-driven decision making.
• Maintain oversight of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure all team members can maximize the value of our systems.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience managing business applications, preferably within the construction industry.
• Deep understanding of application development and modern project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a talent for creative problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-level business software.

Preferred qualifications

• An MBA is highly desirable for this position.
