Business Systems Analyst at Hey Rowan

Rowan is currently hiring a Business Systems Analyst for a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. We are a company dedicated to reimagining the ear piercing experience, and we need someone to bridge the gap between our IT department and our broader business operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT, you will play a key role in our business intelligence initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights for our leadership team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical specifications while documenting and presenting your findings.
• Evaluate our existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions that boost productivity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including coordinating with stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring we meet our timelines and budget goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a junior-level professional who is eager to grow with our team. You should have the following qualifications:

• Between 1 and 4 years of experience in business systems analysis, ideally within the retail industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Domo.
• Experience working with platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to build and distribute high-level reports for executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
