Transparent Partners is an independent consultancy dedicated to improving customer experiences through a specialized marketing lens. We help brands navigate the complex marketing landscape by identifying the right combination of data, technology, and operational processes to foster growth. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology practice on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level role based in our Chicago office, where you will have direct access to mentors and resources, though we do offer a hybrid schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Data, Analytics, and Account teams to gather and document functional requirements that align with project scopes and client needs.
- Evaluate existing client technology ecosystems to identify opportunities for platform consolidation or new implementations that drive tangible business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by managing expectations, delivering high-quality insights, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to grow within our team. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A 4-year degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT Systems Management, or Business and Marketing.
- Up to 2 years of experience in business and technology analysis or implementation, ideally gained at a consultancy, technology provider, or within an industry role.
- A strong background in implementing technology solutions to deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences, both in writing and during presentations.
- A consultative mindset that allows you to approach challenges strategically and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
