What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a critical role in optimizing our Quote to Cash processes by leveraging your expertise in SaaS technologies and complex system integrations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to define system requirements and identify effective technical solutions for operational challenges.
• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable project plans.
• Designing and implementing innovative solutions within our application suite, including Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, and MuleSoft.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of billing automation and SaaS accounting concepts. We are looking for a candidate who has at least two years of experience with Salesforce and a proven track record in business process analysis. You should be comfortable writing SQL queries and utilizing data visualization tools to drive decision-making. We value candidates who are highly adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can communicate effectively in English while coordinating efforts across various levels of a global organization.
