The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our senior leadership, business users, and technical teams. Your primary purpose is to leverage technology to solve complex business challenges, ensuring our data processes are optimized and our solutions are both effective and scalable. You will play a key role in driving our mission forward by translating business needs into technical reality.
A day in the life
- You will research and analyze current business problems to identify requirements, while maintaining strong relationships with IT teams and business partners to deliver effective technical solutions.
- You will collaborate with developers and engineers to design, build, and implement sophisticated reports and business intelligence dashboards using SQL Server and Power BI.
- You will lead project planning and execution, serving as the primary interface for cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of data initiatives.
Who you are
You are a self-motivated professional who thrives on taking initiative and seeing projects through from recommendation to implementation. You possess a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in a technical environment. To be successful, you should have a strong command of English and the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in technical scripting, data query languages, and various reporting tools.
- Experience with change control standards and audit principles.
- A knack for negotiation, particularly when working with vendors or modifying statements of work.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on implementing technology solutions that drive process improvements.
