What you bring

As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will play a key role in optimizing our internal workflows and IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a mid-level professional with roughly two to four years of experience. You will work closely with our Enterprise Systems Manager to ensure our technology stack remains efficient and effective. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert for CRM data management and system best practices.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the organization to guide project planning, execution, and workflow automation.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of our technology investments and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. You should have a solid background in CRM management, project management, and data analysis. A successful analyst here is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating complex system integrations. While not strictly required, proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred to support our automation and scripting needs. You must be a clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for various audiences, and you should possess a growth mindset that allows you to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Fluency in English is required for this role.
