What you'll be doing

• Research and analyze complex business problems to identify specific requirements and design effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and engineers, to build and implement custom reports and business intelligence dashboards using SQL Server and Power BI.
• Serve as a primary bridge between senior leadership, business users, and our IT infrastructure teams to ensure project goals are met with high quality and accuracy.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience working with data, scripting, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Strong skills in negotiation and change control, with the ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain rigorous audit standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively convey project status and insights to diverse stakeholders.
• A self-motivated approach to identifying needs, implementing improvements, and evaluating the effectiveness of your solutions.
