What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Core Business Operations team on a full-time, on-site basis in Argentina. This is a vital position focused on designing, building, and maintaining the scalable systems that drive our strategic goals. You will act as a key partner to our Customer Experience teams, ensuring our platforms are optimized to support our support, success, and implementation operations.
What will you do?
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and develop innovative solutions that align with our strategic objectives.
- Take ownership of the configuration, administration, and optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud and other CX applications to ensure high performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and managing the design and implementation of new system features.

You are a collaborative professional with a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- At least 5 years of experience supporting SaaS business applications, specifically Salesforce and NICE InContact.
- An SFDC Administrator Certification, with additional Salesforce certifications or developer experience considered a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in platform management, project management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Direct experience working with CXone Studio, CTI integrations, and customer support AI tools.
- A strong command of English to effectively communicate with our global stakeholders.
- A tenacious approach to troubleshooting and a proactive mindset toward identifying system improvements.
