Business System Analyst at Intelliware

Electric Mind, previously known as Intelliware, is a prominent leader in business and technology consulting. We pride ourselves on delivering practical, innovative solutions rooted in engineering excellence. We are currently looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will guide product development from the initial concept through to final launch, working alongside delivery managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to create high-quality custom software.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and system requirements into detailed functional specifications that guide our developers and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the product backlog by writing clear user stories and prioritizing requirements to ensure our solutions align with business goals.
• Collaborate directly with our development team to ensure that every delivered solution is production-ready and meets the specific needs of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in business analysis and software development. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in data mapping and hands-on experience working with SQL databases for querying and analysis.
• A solid understanding of integration patterns, such as REST APIs and event mechanisms.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to create UML and flow diagrams.
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA.
• A genuine enthusiasm for Agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage client partnerships.

While not required, experience with project management, product ownership, or cloud platforms like Azure is considered a significant asset.
