About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting risk analysis, and managing system integrations to ensure our products continue to evolve effectively. Please note that this position is on-site in Cyprus, and relocation assistance is provided for those currently living elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product teams, and external partners to formalize business objectives, define use cases, and resolve requirement gaps.
• Develop comprehensive system designs, including architectural diagrams and functional requirements, while managing the development backlog and project roadmaps.
• Perform rigorous acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs and provide ongoing support throughout the solution rollout process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to building scalable, high-quality systems.

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role with deep technical knowledge of development concepts, such as messaging patterns, caching, and failover strategies.
• Proven ability to create detailed documentation, including sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, and API contracts.
• Proficiency in reading code, specifically Go or Python, along with solid SQL skills.
• Strong analytical skills to extract missing requirements and anticipate future product needs.
• Excellent communication skills with an advanced or fluent command of the English language.
