Role at a glance
We are looking for a Business support medewerker to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a junior-level position based in the Netherlands, offering a hybrid work model that provides the perfect balance between home and office collaboration.
Your impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing clear guidance on energy installations, contracts, and usage rates via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate energy projects by ensuring the right people are in the right place, while managing essential administration like payment plans and moving logistics.
- Collaborate across departments, including technical and billing teams, to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities to improve our service processes.
What you'll need
- A minimum of MBO+ level of education and thinking.
- Strong proficiency in the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for customer experience and a desire to put the client first.
- Experience with or a strong interest in the energy sector and technical installations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative software is considered a significant advantage.
