Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Business Solutions Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. In this leadership position, you will serve as the vital bridge between our business units and IT, ensuring our systems and processes perfectly support our real estate operations, property management, and leasing functions.

Your impact

• Business Systems Analysis: You will lead the charge in optimizing our core applications by developing workflow diagrams, managing software testing, and overseeing data conversions for new property acquisitions.
• Team Leadership: You will recruit, mentor, and inspire the Business Solutions team, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of professional growth and clear communication.
• Project and Change Management: You will take ownership of technology projects from concept to delivery, applying our internal methodologies to minimize risk while ensuring we meet our strategic business goals.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, business administration, real estate management, or a related field.
• At least seven years of hands-on experience in property management.
• Deep expertise in property management software, such as RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, or MRI, particularly with backend administration and data capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships across all departments.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability for on-call services and weekend rotation support.

We believe in rewarding our team with a comprehensive package that goes well beyond a standard paycheck. The annual salary for this position ranges from $109,400.00 to $142,400.00, supplemented by a discretionary annual bonus plan.
