About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our stakeholders and technical teams. You will leverage your background in finance, accounting, and asset management to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring our systems and data environments remain efficient, secure, and highly effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to identify business challenges, gather project requirements, and document precise process flows.
• Administer our Business Intelligence environment by managing data imports, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with the team to resolve data integrity issues.
• Serve as a primary liaison between project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure all parties maintain a clear and unified vision throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and financial acumen. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an industry-standard certification in a related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and enterprise tools such as Power BI and SharePoint.
• Experience with financial software such as MRI, ARGUS, or SAGE FAS.
• A solid understanding of the software development life cycle, project management processes, and relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Compensation and Benefits
