What is this role?
We are seeking a Business Solution Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in program management, operations, product management, or IT. You will serve as a key bridge between our leadership and functional teams, ensuring our strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
What will you do?
- Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from initial ideation and analysis to the final delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Evaluate existing business operations to identify inefficiencies and develop evidence-based recommendations that improve our workflows and financial performance.
- Partner with IT teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements and facilitate design sessions that ensure our technology platforms effectively support our long-term business objectives.

- A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.

- Proven experience presenting complex information to executive leadership and board members.
- A high level of comfort with program management methodologies and a track record of driving cross-functional change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
