What you bring
We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity at our on-site location in Shanghai, China. This manager-level role focuses on designing operational processes that align with our business and compliance goals. You will leverage your background in product, project management, communication, analytical skills, KYC, and KYB to drive meaningful improvements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing KYC and KYB workflows by integrating insights from operations, product, and risk teams.
- Managing end-to-end projects to implement new processes, ensuring they are both technologically sound and operationally efficient.
- Collaborating across departments to foster a unified environment where stakeholders work together to meet shared project objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is both accountable and resilient. You should possess a bachelor’s degree or higher and have at least five years of professional experience driving operational results, ideally within the fintech or payment sectors. We value individuals who are technically proficient and possess a deep understanding of KYC and KYB domains. You must be comfortable working in a high-growth technology environment where you can switch between high-level strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate fluently in English are essential for success in this position.
