- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities, map existing processes, and prototype new solutions that improve operational performance and reduce friction.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a software developer, automation engineer, or process automation specialist.
- Strong proficiency in C# as your primary language, with secondary expertise in Python.
- Proven ability to integrate business systems via RESTful APIs and experience working with cloud-native tools such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
- Exposure to AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
