We are currently looking for a hands-on Business Process & Applications Manager to join our team in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and help us drive operational excellence through technology and refined processes.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the optimization of our technology stack, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and our WMS systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify productivity bottlenecks, define project scopes, and implement technical solutions that align with our broader organizational goals.
• Develop robust analytical tools and documentation to translate complex business requirements into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise business applications, with a deep focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and WMS environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI, allowing you to build models that drive data-backed decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, including experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to train end users and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company.
• A critical, results-oriented mindset and the desire to act as a utility player who is comfortable working both independently and within a team.

What you'll get

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive compensation package for this full-time position. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000, and you will also be eligible for a performance bonus.
